Arsenal Vs Everton: 5 key players to watch — Debuts galore
1. Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Wenger has confirmed that new signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan will start. It will be his full home debut, having only featured from the bench against Swansea in midweek. It is an appearance that is most anticipated.
The reason, I believe, for the excitement surrounding Mkhitaryan is actually because of his recent troubles. It is clear that he is a talented player. He has proven it, even if only in fleeting glimpses, on several occasions. But no one knows if he can re-discover that Borussia-Dortmund form after 18 months of toils under Jose Mourinho.
The uncertainty is a part of the anticipation. Will he, now that he is in a team that should exaggerate and utilise his strengths far more than United ever did, play at a level that his talent suggests he is capable of?

Saturday will be the first extended watch of Mkhitaryan in an Arsenal shirt. He showed a few nice touches on Tuesday night. Let’s hope for more of the same against Everton, especially as he looks to develop a burgeoning relationship with one Mesut Ozil.
