Arsenal’s wildest hopes and dreams have been dashed. All that remains is the Europa League, where AC Milan stand. Here’s how to watch.
Arsenal’s season has gone from bad to worse to worser and worsest is only a small step away. All they have to do is get knocked out of the Europa League and this entire season was wasted with some of the best players this club has seen in over a decade.
But for now, they still have hope. As in, there is still the possibility that they can sneak into the Champions League next year if they can hammer out some positive results in the Europa League.
After narrowly squeezing by Swedish side Ostersunds FK, the Gunners now have to face one of then hottest teams in the world – AC Milan. Milan have just one injury to consider – Andrea Conti is doubtful. That is the extent of their concerns.

Meanwhile, the visitors in the first leg, our dearly beloved Arsenal, will be without a striker, as Alexandre Lacazette is still recovering from knee surgery and yes, Olivier Giroud is still at Chelsea, sitting on the bench like he could have been doing here.
Hector Bellerin is also out with a sudden knee problem, which adds all kinds of new and unexplored questions marks to the fray. Namely, who can we conjure up as a right back? My guess is Calum Chambers.
Obviously Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang won’t be available, as he is cup-tied, so that leaves Danny Welbeck to play up front, which is just ridiculous to think about.
It’s a precarious scenario. You could be forgiven for thinking that this match looks unattainable even before it begins, but these Gunners are, as usual, capable of absolutely anything on any given day.
