Arsenal host Burnley on Sunday afternoon in Arsene Wenger’s final home game as Gunners’ manager. Here is the predicted starting XI in which I do not have a hope in hell of getting correct.

I have been doing these predicted starting XIs for two years now. I have been counting how many I have got correct, and it’s not a pretty number. Without quite knowing how many I have attempted, I can say that I have only ever got two spot-on. I can confidently proclaim that I will not be adding to that score here. It is Arsene Wenger’s final home match as Arsenal manager. There are now no important games to rest for, but there is also no motivation in playing a full-strength side. There are easily 20 players that could all feasibly feature.

Goalkeeper

It is the Premier League, so I assume that Petr Cech will start. But then I said that last week and David Ospina started. So then I thought that maybe Wenger had made the switch, only to see Ospina start again midweek. This is the position I am most confident on, and even then, I don’t really have a clue. Cech will start, I think.
