Arsenal Vs Leicester City: 5 things we learned — What’s an away point?
3. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is prolific
I stated in the player ratings that I have not seen a player move like Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang off the ball in my life. That may be a little hyperbolic, but the overall point still stands: This is a player who knows how to create goalscoring chances for himself through his movement.

We saw it on two different occasions against Burnley, where his anticipation of the upcoming chance allowed him to find space in the penalty area and notch another goal. And we saw it again here.
As Ainsley Maitland-Niles powered to the by-line, Aubameyang drifted off the shoulder of Wes Morgan at the far post, giving himself that yard of space that he needed to get his shot off. He also didn’t flinch when the chance came, hitting it first-time without hesitation. He may have needed a second bite at the cherry, but he will earn so many chances because of his movement, his finishing can be excused somewhat.
Aubameyang has now played 1081 minutes in the Premier League for Arsenal. He has scored a remarkable 10 goals and has added four assists also. That gives a goal every 108.1 minutes and a direct involvement in a goal every 77.21 minutes. If that isn’t prolific, then I don’t know what is.
