Front Three

ST. Arsenal. ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE. 5.7. Very disappointing. Finally got the start in a front two next to Aubameyang, but he squandered in massively. Had a chance right in front of goal with no one around and he kicked it, while slipping, off of his other leg. A really, really bad showing. Of course, the second goal should have counted, as the offside rule was way off, but that doesn’t change how disappointing the match was for him.

PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG. 7.5. Maaaaaaaan… What to say. That assist was something special. His touch was fantastic. His pass was moreso. He did quite well on that individual play. But the missed chances were just awful. Three shots, all woefully off target. Had a couple of nice passes in build-up play, but he is here to finish and he struggled with that today. Made up for almost all of it with his assist though. So there’s that.. ST. Arsenal
