No. 10 and Striker

Man of the Match. No one else was even in the running for man of the match. He was the key man throughout, in the attack and even in tracking back. Pristine in his anticipation in both goals. Each time he was ready, he was the first to react, and he was right where he needed to be to put the ball away. Yet again we are reminded of how talented this young man is, even in spite of the impending Emile Smith Rowe. Has every right to earn more minutes with the first team. That’s three goals now in minimal appearances.. CAM. Arsenal. JOE WILLOCK. 9.4

7.1. Had two glaring chances that he squandered in the opening seven minutes. Had several positive plays from there, utilizing excellent hold-up play and speed, but it was just another match where he didn’t score. Which is, again, odd. He did everything else right, as has been the subject of his season. That’s something to pay attention to. We know he can score, and I don’t think a couple missed chances is going to change that belief.. ST. Arsenal. EDDIE NKETIAH
