No. 10 and Striker

CAM. Arsenal. AARON RAMSEY. 6.2. Very ineffective in the first half in particular. Lost the ball countless times and was just generally a bit lost on the ball, dribbling out of play, playing heavy touches, and being unable to contribute to an attack that was finding a lot of success in their movement. Looked a lot better in the second half, but only had 15ish minutes to play with before he was taken off.

Arsenal. ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE. 7.8. Tremendous first half from him, though I have to say I don’t know if I’ll ever unsee that miss. His difference-making ability is how well he can participate in the attacking build up. Showcased a lot of on-the ball control, dribbling successfully, as he can so often do. He seems to be stuck, though, on an inability to score more than one goal in a match. The second half was much difference, as he barely even got a touch to speak of. Still had some nice bursts and this match was ultimately a positive.. ST
