Arsenal. SOKRATIS . 3.0. Asking for it, I think, is the best way to describe Sokratis’ night. He had one niggle earlier in the first half. He then got booked a few minutes later, needlessly sliding in at the feet of Ben Arfa. And then he got himself in a tangle, pulling down Ismaila Sarr who was racing in behind him. The problem wasn’t his desire to foul, it was his positioning in the first place. Not good.. CB

8.0. MAN OF THE MATCH: Pretty much the only reason why the tie is not over. Made a series of brilliant clearances, especially in the second half. Covered for Monreal, stepped up into midfield with the ball at times, made tackle after tackle, and most importantly, passed the ball clear, rather than merely hacking it anywhere. Very good indeed..
