Mohamed Elneny

The easiest case to make of anyone else on this list. Mohamed Elneny has been a complete nonfactor at Arsenal all season long, no matter the competition. And even when he has had his rare opportunity, he’s done nothing to make his case for more usage.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

All we have to do is find the best place to offload him and wash our hands of it. It was a sneaky find that Arsene Wenger undoubtedly hoped would pan out better but alas, has not.

There were links to Leicester City last summer, links that I think a lot of us enjoyed the thought of, but it never followed through in the end. Those links saw an almost doubling of Elneny’s transfer value, from what we paid, and that is a victory in every sense of the word. Elneny just hasn’t fleshed out in any way.

That’s the case. That’s all that needs to be said. He has no current place at the club, and the only question that remains is what we are going to get for him. Hopefully it’s a price that we can be proud of and not anything less.

Will we sell? Yes.
Should we sell? Yes.
Ideal transfer fee: £10m

Next up… ugh… kill me now.
