4.5. Pants. Had one or two nice passes here and there, but that is about it. Outshone by Reiss Nelson, lost the ball incessantly, failed to create much and missed a sitter. Oh, and for all this, Arsenal are paying £180,000-a-week. Not ideal.. RW. Arsenal. HENRIKH MKHITARYAN

Arsenal. REISS NELSON. 7.0. A very comparable performance to that of Joe Willock. Some excellent individual moments, including pulling down a shafted clearance and releasing Aubameyang in the first half, and beating three Newcastle midfielders before instigating another counter-attack. That said, there were also plenty of loose first touches, losing the ball and stalling attacks. Inconsistent, but with some lovely moments.. LW

8.5. Brilliant. He just knows how to score goals. Drifts away from the defence, waits for the pass to come, takes a superb first touch to cushion the ball, and then calmly prods a shot over the onrushing Dubravka.. ST. Arsenal. PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG
