4. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is sneaking on this list for one big reason—we don’t know how many opportunities he is going to have. By my estimation, Dani Ceballos will be starting as the creative hub, but even the talented Spaniard has been unable to latch onto any consistency himself, and while Bukayo Saka and Nicolas Pepe have showed the capacity to create, they haven’t showed enough to be considered reliable just yet.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

Meaning that Aubameyang may be dropping deeper down the pitch to get involved in play earlier, which usually doesn’t always work out well without Alexandre Lacazette there to guide him and link up with him.

Thankfully, this is probably the last match where the dynamic duo will be split, and that means that Aubameyang can get back into his usual self moving forward, knowing that he will have someone reliable in next to him.

In the mean time, he will be tasked with splitting the seams of the back three, which can be helped on tremendously by his wingers and fullbacks using the full width of the pitch and spreading that back line.

No. 3, coming right up.
