Arsenal vs Crystal Palace Predicted XI: Stop the plague

Guess what? You aren’t going to see any changes here either. Or at least, no major changes. Joe Willock started against Sheffield United, but was taken off at half due to ineffectiveness, and the same happened against Vitoria. He’s not making a strong impression in his starts and Unai Emery requires strong impressions sometimes. Just not for everyone.

And seeing as how we’ll probably never see Mesut Ozil again, except when he’s laughing on Instagram, it’s going to be Dani Ceballos that returns to take the starting No. 10 role, though we know he will drop back and defend as well, since he’s not Mesut Ozil.
The base pairing won’t change either. Granit Xhaka, our captain, will retain his starting spot despite a poor run of form and at some point… eventually… he is going to find himself into better form. It’s an inevitability.
Next to him Matteo Guendouzi will start. He’s the best midfielder on the team, hands down. He impacted the Vitoria match late on and he’s been such an asset while the team tries to figure out who they are.
Finally, the front three.
