Front Three

Arsenal. REISS NELSON. 7.0. A very encouraging performance from Reiss Nelson. After struggling against Bournemouth a few days prior, Mikel Arteta entrusted the right-wing position to the youngster once more. And Nelson rewarded him with a very strong showing. Drove at Chelsea defenders throughout, held onto possession calmly, worked hard off the ball, as did all the attacking players, and caused problems. His confidence is returning.. RW

PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG. 8.5. MAN OF THE MATCH: His goal was what it was. Brilliant movement off the ball at the far post to nod Calum Chambers’ near-post flick home. But what made this performance so brilliant was his overall performance, especially defensively. Playing out wide, Aubameyang was tasked with defensive responsibility. He conducted it wonderfully, working tirelessly to press high, track runners and recover possession. This was a leading performance from the club captain.. LW. Arsenal

6.5. Held the ball up excellently, won fouls, played with passion, intensity and fight, worked hard, as always, but still lacks that clinical confidence in front of goal. Turned down the opportunity to pull the trigger at times and could certainly do with a goal. He is still beneficial to the team, but he needs to start scoring.. ST. Arsenal. ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE
