Arsenal are looking to make it three straight clean sheets as they take on Crystal Palace. Here are five key guys to ensure the perfect outcome.

Arsenal will travel to Selhurt Park looking to leap ahead of the Super Eagles in the table. The Gunners currently sit one point behind their hosts, so a win would be a tidy way to ensure we star easing our way into the top half of the table.

Of course, it’s also an away match, which still carries a degree of concern, even with Mikel Arteta in charge.

That said, the Gunners have kept three clean sheets in a row, and they’ve looked quite the formidable force no matter where they’ve been playing. Suffice to say we should have maximum confidence going into this one.

Especially with the injury list shortening. And I mean massively shortening. Calum Chambers remains the only long-term injury, with Kieran Tierney the other player not yet ready to return, and Hector Bellerin on the verge of returning. He’s just not ready yet.

Other than that, Arteta has his choice of the crop.

Of course it won’t be easy, because no match ever is, but with the help of these five guys, the match can get a hell of a lot easier. Here we go, the five men capable of making this match relatively simple. We start with No. 5.

5. Alexandre Lacazette

At this point, I don’t worry about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang anymore. He’ll do what he’ll do. But Alexandre Lacazette, our starting striker, was on the cusp of a monumental match against Manchester United.

He still played incredibly well, he just didn’t have the goals to show for it. But as I mentioned not long after that match, the pendulum is swinging back into Lacazette’s favor. His confidence is coming back and he can’t be far from the breakout performance that we’ve been waiting for.

If that came against Crystal Palace, we’d have nothing to worry about. Aubameyang will do his part and Nicolas Pepe will do his. But Lacazette hasn’t done much of his. If he turns that around here, we win this match easy.

On to No. 4.
