Arsenal sit ten points behind Chelsea with the season ticking away. Here are five key players to sneak three points from the Blues.

Arsenal dropped another winning position to lurch away with one point against Sheffield United. Just as they have in far too many matches lately. Mikel Arteta is inspiring change, but damn, the growing pains are tough.

Next up is a midweek match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. It was just under a month ago that we hosted Chelsea and dropped a 1-0 lead to succumb to a 2-1 defeat. It was one of many, but hopefully not many more.

Traveling is always tough, and facing an enigmatic Chelsea makes it even tougher, but we showed in the match weeks ago that we have what it takes to beat them, it’s just not going to be easy. And it’s made even tougher by the sheer amount of issues the club faces, both healthwise and through suspension. Or just poor form.

As it stands. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is still out with suspension. Calum Chambers and Kieran Tierney are also still out for sure, with a bunch of other doubts as well.

Alexandre Lacazette is healthy, but he’s definitely been in poor form lately, so we’re just dying to find something to ignite this attack into what it can be. So if you see a theme in this five key players list, that would be it.

That said, without further ado, let’s get into the five guys that can make this match so much easier on us, the fans. We start with No. 5.

5. David Luiz

In front of the fans who once cheered for him, David Luiz is cruising through one of the best runs of form in his career. At least defensively speaking. He’s been the anchor of this defense, giving us hope where I thought we’d find none.

That needs to keep going. There’s no hiding from the fact that he could relapse at any moment. But the longer he stays strong and consistent, the lesser that risk becomes. We need someone to defend consistently. I don’t care who it comes from.

Moving on to No. 4.
