1. He is a leader

While Roy Keane and Graeme Sounness might not think so, Bellerin is a leader. He might not holler and shout. He might not look like a traditional leader. But because of his communication with his teammates, his self-awareness, and his natural charismatic feel, make no mistake, he is a leading figure that others are drawn to.

As Bellerin himself says:

"“I’ve been lucky to have captained the side a couple of times, too. Since I was young at Barcelona, I would always be one of the three captains in the team. For me, it was a role I’m used to <…> People may not see me as this massive guy who shouts on the pitch all the time or what people may have as a captain in their heads, but there are so many different ways of leading a team.”"
