2. Jack Grealish

Everybody wants Jack Grealish. Every single top club in England. They are all going to be throwing money at Aston Villa in an attempt to pry him away. And for just cause. The man has nine goals and six assists in all competitions this year and he’s been a stalwart no matter who he’s up against.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

His versatility encompasses everything in the middle or left side of the pitch, so no matter what Arteta feels like rolling with formation-wise, he can call on Grealish to be the man for the job.

At 24-years-old, Grealish is probably going to be looking for a move sooner rather than later. He knows his own quality and he knows that he should be playing at a higher level than what Aston Villa can provide, at least for the moment.

The problem with Grealish is he won’t come cheap with everyone else on board. But Arsenal can offer him a starting job at a club looking to build around someone just like him. It’s hard to beat that opportunity. He’d be inheriting the Ozil throne. Who doesn’t want that?

Even if we can get Jack Grealish, though, I have a better idea at No. 1. If you’ve been paying attention lately, you know who’s coming.
