Arsenal: One player from each Bundesliga team to target
By Josh Sippie
Hoffenheim
For the first time on this list, we come upon a target who isn’t even a regular starter. Christoph Baumgartner is just 20-years-old and he’ played less than 1000 Premier League minutes for Hoffenheim, yet he is a delectable young target to make a point of going after.

At just 20-years-old, he has some Joe Willock vibes of not being sure where exactly he best fits in a formation, but he’s played everything from forward to central midfield—all in the middle, only twice as a winger.
He has the athleticism and defensive work rate to do the work in the middle of the pitch, but his four goals and one assist also speak to the ability to get forward and utilize that nose for goal—something our midfield is drastically lacking.
Baumgartner is only in his first full year at the club. This is his first foray into top-level football and he is acclimating pretty excellently. He’s going to be one of those names that starts getting linked to Bayern Munich if he isn’t plucked away young early.
Koln is next.
