3, Better: Jack Grealish

Jack Grealish has been the belle of the Premier League transfer ball for a while now and he’s not gone anywhere. He’s stayed at Aston Villa despite the hype of being one of the best young players in the country. This has all been to his benefit, as it’s allowed him to solidify himself as the talent that he now is, rather than having to grow and acclimate at new digs and lose out on development time by sitting on the bench.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

As it stands, he’s rocking out with seven goals and six assists in the Premier League. He’s been a tremendous attacking threat for Villa, he’s as solid as they come, and he is definitely the kind of guy you could spin as a one-stop solution. He’s versatile enough to play deep or in the No. 10 role, should we decide to keep it, and he can even play in the wings if need be, but it shouldn’t be needed.

At 24-years-old, he is about to hit his prime and become one of the best midfielders around, with the only question being where he wants to be exactly that at. It’s unlikely he stays at Villa, as his value is just erupting around his steady production rate.

On to the next worst option.
