Arsenal release weekly training videos, more since the Stay-At-Home order ended in the UK, and they were allowed to restart open, contact training. These videos contain a number of positives for our future play, both individually and collectively.

The training video below is the most important one to this article, as it’s the last recorded session Arsenal underwent before the rather disappointing Brentford friendly. Despite the unfortunate result, this training session contains a number of key moments and important nuggets of information that might delve further into Arteta’s tactics for the return of the league. The first thing to talk about, aside from the points I wish to make, is how intense the session appears.
