One of the major calls in recent months is to get Bukayo Saka a new contract. Everyone is losing their minds trying to anticipate when this deal will come. Every post Saka makes on social media is immediately under the microscope for hints of what’s to come.

Why is that? Because while Saka is tremendous right now, he is also an investment in the future. He’s a young, versatile player who has become such a big name at our club. He’s on the brink of being a huge name internationally too, if you think he isn’t yet.

Luka Jovic is much the same. He’s a young striker with a ton to prove and even more talent. If Mikel Arteta is serious about building out this club, the least he can do is invest in the future and set a firm foundation for what he hopes to bring to this side.

Saka, Martinelli, Pepe, Jovic—that is an attack I would love to see going into this great unknown future.
