Arsenal vs Manchester City predicted XI: Alright then, we’re back

This has somehow become the position where we have the least amount of questions. I have no idea how that works. Only Mikel Arteta does. But regardless, it has built a surprisingly formidable defense while simultaneously giving very little selection headache for Arteta.
I’ll admit, I’m not really sure what’s going on with William Saliba, if he’s available or whatnot, but even if he is, he won’t feature here. It’s far too soon and Arteta has far too good of a thing going with David Luiz and Shkodran Mustafi.
We’ve been out of action for so long I found myself second-guessing Mustafi. But this is a new man! A brand new German. He’s back on top and no one will ever knock him off again.
While Luiz had a bit of a poor performance against Brentford in a harmless friendly, he should find himself back on top with his back on top mate, ready to help the Arsenal defense get back on top in general.
Enough of that. On to the fullbacks.
