Arsenal vs Sheffield United predicted XI: Make it two in a row

Centerbacks
I guess you can’t fully rule out the possibility of a David Luiz return. He’s healthy, that much is for sure. His legs are fresh. Just fresh enough to make another cataclysmic error and put his team in an awful position.

That’s mean. But I’m only semi-joking.
I would be really surprised to see Luiz back in the fold. Rob Holding has been a steady presence since his return to health and it’s been such a welcome return that you don’t want to mess with it. Not with how much we know he’s capable of. The more consistency he can establish on that back line, the better.
Next to him, Shkodran Mustafi will be holding his position as well. Mustafi, too, has been remarkably consistent. Somehow he remained steadfast through all the changes and saw the most improvement since Mikel Arteta took over. Which is, as mentioned, quite remarkable.
There isn’t much else to talk about here. Calum Chambers should be back soon and he’ll factor into the equation, but right now, this is what we’ve got.
