Attack

More questions to be asked here, but there are also a lot more potential answers, which makes things fun. For the most part, this attack has struggled to find an identity. Mikel Arteta has been rotating plenty between youth and experience, but nothing has stuck.

That said, Eddie Nketiah did score the first goal of any striker since the restart, so my bet is on him keeping his spot and leaving Lacazette to a substitute role. No point rotating when momentum is at stake.

On either side of him, I feel like it’s time to give Aubameyang a rest, so Bukayo Saka will start on the left wing, with Nicolas Pepe retaining his spot on the right. This might seem like a stretch, but Auba has played so much since the restart, and he hasn’t scored a goal yet. You have to give him a break before much longer. Now’s that time. And Pepe needs to be in there. Always.
