Arsenal vs Wolverhampton predicted XI: Prepare the guns

A big part of me wants to believe that Cedric Soares is going to get his first start in an Arsenal uniform. A big part. In fact, in writing that twice, I’ve decided it’s a big enough part to go ahead and predict it. Hector Bellerin wasn’t at his best against Norwich and Cedric has to be feeling incredible about his performance.
Plus, it’s not like Cedric is a guy that needs time to acclimate. He’s a seasoned Premier League veteran, so get him in there, let him ride that wave of confidence, and see what happens right?
Now I’m doubting myself.
But let’s move on before I convince myself to delete those paragraphs. Opposite him will be Kieran Tierney. At this point, Tierney is consistently one of our best performers, so until he shows anything other than that, he will continue to start, as well he should. He’s such a class act and unless his legs are just dead, he has to play.
On to the central midfield.
