Front Three

BUKAYO SAKA. 7.2. Had a big chance to make a statement with Pepe unavailable. Didn’t get started on the right foot. In the first twenty or so minutes, he played some bonehead passes and got himself into some unnecessarily difficult situations. But when the situation called for it, he read play perfectly and put himself in a position to capitalize just before half. He took it like a seasoned professional, finishing brilliantly to give his side the lead. Not sure why he came off in the 70th minute, but the goal saved his match.. RW. Arsenal

Great involvement in that first goal. Knew where Tierney was going to be and found him perfectly. Utilized his speed throughout the match. Even though he didn’t score any goals, he was ever present in this attack and proved a vital component of this success.. LW. Arsenal. PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG. 7.3

Arsenal. EDDIE NKETIAH. 7.4. He’s always thinking. Always looking to make a move. No matter who has the ball, he is moving around, looking to link up. Unfortunately, no one was looking for him the early going. He had no service. When he finally had a chance in the 34th, he wasted no time thumping it off the post. Shame he didn’t come away with a goal because this effort was deserving of an endcap.. ST
