Bukayo Saka

In dark times such as these, both literally and figuratively, it’s the exciting crop of young players who provide the light we need to have faith in a brighter future.

However comprehensive one may feel the surgery on this squad needs to be, all are in total agreement that Bukayo Saka emerges from the operating room without a scratch.

Someone who the team have relied on to grab games by the scruff of the neck, tasked with making things happen and who at just 19 years of age has done a fine job of making everyone else looks even more mediocre than they are, Saka is a man among boys.

He knows exactly what it means to play for this football club, wearing his heart on his sleeve every time he takes to the pitch and leaving everything on the turf come the full-time whistle.

Hale End is represented majestically with the versatile forward, who it’s impossible not to adore as a result of his desire and willingness.

Arsenal would be nothing without Saka, let alone this season, and someone carrying the weight of the club on his shoulders thoroughly deserves a spot on the ‘Nice List’.
