Bukayo Saka (RW) – 8 – We’re running out of superlatives to ascribe to Bukayo Saka. Once again, he was outstanding tonight. The Hale End academy graduate has always been impressive on the ball, but now he’s added goal contributions to his game too. A reflection of the maturity the young man is playing with right now.

Alexandre Lacazette (ST) – 9 – Got to be my Man of the Match. Alex Lacazette looks on another level at the moment. Very sharp in front of goal and cool on the ball. Despite notching twice, his most impressive action was during Saka’s goal when he expertly flicked the ball in behind. Remontada season?

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (LW) – 6 – You had to feel for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this evening. The ball just wouldn’t hit the back of the net for him. However, it was still a better performance from our captain tonight than we saw against Brighton. He got in to plenty of promising positions and will doubtless hit the net sooner rather than later.
