Nicolas Pépé (RW) – Bukayo Saka seems to have found himself as first-choice option on the right-wing following consecutive imperious displays, which have left Nicolas Pépé surplus to requirements. Against Newcastle, Pépé will likely start. It’s up to him to show that he’s got what it takes to win his place back thereafter.

Eddie Nketiah (ST) – Despite rumours linking him away from the club, Eddie Nketiah should get a start on Saturday. He’s Arsenal’s second highest scorer with five goals this year and deserves a chance to show Arteta that he should be kept around until the end of the season at least.

Willian (LW) – 32-year-old winger Willian is another player who has found himself down the pecking order in recent weeks. The Brazilian has underwhelmed majorly since his move from across the capital and needs to start delivering soon if his transfer is to reap any reward for Mikel Arteta.
