Thomas Partey (CM) – In front of the back four, it’s absolutely time for Thomas Partey to be welcomed back into the fold. The Ghanaian brings such composure to the team and that could indeed be important against Burnley side who enjoy making things a little feisty.

Granit Xhaka (CM) – Swiss midfielder has played 12 back-to-back games for Arsenal, competing the full 90′ in every single one, but that should stop him from starting against Burnley.

He was outstanding against Leicester last week and a similar performance tomorrow would certainly be welcomed by the Arsenal faithful.

Martin Ødegaard (CAM) – In front of the double pivot, Martin Ødegaard surely starts. Looking after Smith Rowe’s fitness appears as a priority for Arteta now so a lot of upcoming football could be on the cards for Ødegaard.

His acute passing ability could be important against Burnley side who like to sit in a rigid, low block.
