Which Real Betis Players Arsenal Could Move For

William Carvalho, Sergio Canales & Nabil Fekir are the three who stand out when it comes to ‘other players Arsenal are interested in’, even if the profiles don’t match.

Carvalho is up for sale as mentioned and long-been linked with Arsenal down the years, although his stock has dropped massively in recent seasons and he has even lost his place in the side to man Arsenal have targeted.

Canales is now 30 years old and can be erased from the list, while Nabil Fekir will be 28 in the summer and will not come cheap with some sources valuing his price at €35-40m.

At left-back is where Arsenal may have their eyes peeled. Juan Miranda has found more regular playing time in the Betis squad of late as the form of Alex Moreno has dipped and the 21-year-old defender also boasts flexibility across the backline.

Standing at taller than Calum Chambers he would provide a different option to Kieran Tierney in the position and allow Arteta to be flexible depending on the opponents in both full-back positions.

However, this is a position where it will be crucial that Arsenal secure a homegrown player to meet quota demands, and Miranda is only on loan at the club for the season from Barcelona. He’s yet to play a regular run of matches at any of the clubs he’s represented, and that sample size makes him tough to judge as a long-term option.

Next. Move for left-back back on. dark

Betis are one of many Spanish clubs who need to sell players this window, a situation clubs across Europe are facing, so we can expect numerous rumours to emerge, especially during this international break, for players on the continent.
