3. Much Less of Aaron Ramsdale

How many times have fans watched that save back? Whatever the answer is, it’s not too many.

Aaron Ramsdale was magnificent at the King Power Stadium, making a string of excellent stops, including two in particular that stood out.

Tipping James Maddison’s free-kick onto the crossbar, he then reacted sharply to deny Jonny Evans straight afterwards, which was equally as pleasing. That said, there is a case to make that his one prior to that from Kelechi Iheanacho might just be more impressive.

After the break he continued to guard his goal superbly with some smart movement to come out and block one-on-ones, rightly scooping the man of the match award. But, truth be told, we’d rather see less of that.

As dangerous as Leicester can be, it’d be better if Ramsdale’s performance centred solely on his distribution. His range of pass is delectable, featuring a variety of techniques and skills, which is the standout feature that should be on show against the Hornets.

We always want more Ramsdale. The man is brilliant. It’s just that, preferably, less with his hands and body, and more with his feet.
