Arsenal: 6 transfer destinations for Aubameyang in January

4. Juventus

Goals have been Juventus’ big problem this season. There are quite a few issues with the team, but them scoring the joint fewest goals in the top of the table is the main one.

Alvaro Morata and Moise Kean have just 11 between them in 19 Serie A matches and in a bid to address those issues they’ve been linked with dipping into the transfer market, which is where Aubameyang’s name has cropped up.

Along with both Milan clubs it’s been Juventus who’ve shared the headlines with the 32-year-old, speculation which has been aided by Morata being linked with a move to Barcelona.

Juventus are shrouded in controversy at the moment with them being investigated over the recent transfers of players, having been suspected of giving false information to investors.

Controversy aside, this is a club that could do with a striker.

Can they afford Aubameyang, though? There is a reason they re-signed Kean on a two-year loan deal over the summer and had to do likewise when they brought in Manuel Locatelli. These deals include obligations, but not for two years as these help balance the books and allow Juventus the time they need to raise further funding.

If Aubameyang were to go to Turin it could only realistically be on another loan with split wages. It’s not out of the question, though.
