Arsenal predicted lineup vs Burnley: Attacking 4-3-3 shape?

Midfielders

Albert Sambi Lokonga (CM) – While he could have shown for the ball more in build-up, Sambi came under some unfair criticism after the semi-final. Being asked to do so much in that central area, the fact he showed aggression and bravery to play should be commended.

As for Sunday, he’s literally the only central midfielder going. It’s set in stone.

Martin Odegaard (CM) – Terrific at the Emirates despite not training and being played out of position, Odegaard nevertheless couldn’t help prevent Liverpool overrunning the midfield and taking full control of the match.

Against two central midfielders of far lower quality instead of Liverpool’s three, that shouldn’t be as much of an issue.

Emile Smith Rowe (AM) – It became apparent from the very early exchanges on Thursday that Smith Rowe was not fit enough to play. Those who questioned Arsenal’s injuries for the postponement need only have watched the game to know.

However, there is nobody else available.
