When you’re fighting up at the right end of the table it is little wonder that wandering eyes are taking a look at your progress and spying a deal to be made. Arsenal have plenty of talents to admire.

In the midst for a top four spot with just four matches left of the season, Mikel Arteta has guided his side to within touching distance of the Champions League despite boasting a paper-thin squad that has been depleted further with injuries.

Battling their way to three successive victories over Chelsea, Manchester United and West Ham, there will be sides watching on at the Gunners’ youngsters, as well as out-of-contract duo Eddie Nketiah and Mohamed Elneny, and being enticed by their ability.

But it’s actually another member of the squad who is attracting interest ahead of the summer window, this despite not even actually being part of the senior setup.

Arsenal star Omari Hutchinson wanted ahead of summer loan move with Championship and European sides eyeing transfer

Named on the substitutes bench on eight occasions in the Premier League this season, while fans haven’t been able to see Omari Hutchinson in action for the first team just yet, it’s clear he’s one of the academy stars who is closest to involvement.

The 18-year-old forward, who is known for his excellent dribbling ability and close control, has netted six goals and registered six assists in 17 Premier League 2 appearances this campaign, with many seeing him as the next attacking star to emerge from Hale End.

As per football.london, it is unlikely he’ll be in first team reckoning next year, though, with a host of Championship and European sides keeping close tabs on him ahead of a season-long loan move in 2022/23.

Paul Ince’s Reading, who only secured safety in the second tier with three games to go, are confident that they can secure his signature on a temporary deal.

"Hutchinson tweeted last week about the prospect of more first team exposure next season, expressing his excitement at the proposition: “What a season it’s been, many ups and downs but grateful for the opportunities, looking forward to what’s next.”"

Having kept Folarin Balogun in the Under-23 setup for too long, this indicates that Arsenal have learned something from prior mistakes. Even if he’s only 18 years old, the talent is undeniable and letting him endure a professional atmosphere and the physical nature of senior football is crucial for his development.

Next. What will happen to Eddie Nketiah?. dark

As is usually the case any move will likely be with the option to recall in case minutes are hard to come by, but there are certainly plenty of suitors for Hutchinson, who has been with Arsenal since the age of 11.
