Player(s) of the Season: Mohamed Elneny & Cedric Soares – I’m going to interpret this question a bit differently, and give some applause to two unsung players for this team. Both Mohamed Elneny and Cedric Soares stepped up when they weren’t expected to contribute. When Thomas Partey and Tomiyasu went down across the year, both players stepped up and into their position and played damned good football (at times). TALK ABOUT LEFT FIELD, EH!

Signing of the Summer: Aaron Ramsdale – He was absolutely superb and changed this club. To be fair, White and Tomiyasu also had very good years – the latter did have injury issues, however.

Goal of the Season: Granit Xhaka vs Manchester United (H) – Xhaka’s laser shot from outside of the box against Manchester United was absolutely sublime and the importance of it at the time cannot be overstated either.

LOL Moment of the Season: Arsenal’s losing streaks – Surely this has to be a tie between the three most notable losing runs we went on this season. In August, in April and the two matches before the final day against Everton. They kinda messed up the season… lol.
