January

Matchday 19 (02/01/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Newcastle United
Matchday 20 (14/01/2023) — 15:00 Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal
Matchday 21 (21/01/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Manchester United

This could change, but Arsenal currently only have one full day’s rest between their trip to Brighton and a home game against Newcastle – their first of 2023.

January is a sneaky tough month for Arteta’s men, who’ll make the short trip down Seven Sisters Road for the second North London Derby of the campaign midway through it. There’s a part of me that wishes this game arrived further down the line, but this contest will feel hugely significant nonetheless as Arsenal attempt to break Manchester City and Liverpool’s duopoly at the top of the Premier League (wink, wink).

Manchester United visit the Emirates in the final game of the month, which will also include the start of Arsenal’s FA Cup campaign. United haven’t beaten the Gunners away from home in the league since 2017.

February

Matchday 22 (04/02/2023) — 15:00 Everton v Arsenal
Matchday 23 (11/02/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Brentford
Matchday 24 (18/02/2023) — 15:00 Aston Villa v Arsenal
Matchday 25 (25/02/2023) — 15:00 Leicester City v Arsenal

February’s a travelling month for the Gooners as three of their four Premier League fixtures come away from home.

Arsenal will visit the hostile Goodison Park, Villa Park and the King Power in what will likely be three arduous encounters.

Although, a home game against Brentford will offer some much-needed respite.
