March

Matchday 26 (04/03/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v A.F.C. Bournemouth
Matchday 27 (11/03/2023) — 15:00 Fulham v Arsenal
Matchday 28 (18/03/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Crystal Palace

March couldn’t get any kinder, could it?

Sure, Arsenal will take on bogey team Crystal Palace in their final league meeting of the month, but they’ll surely be confident of taking six points from Bournemouth and Fulham.

A productive March is necessary ahead of what’s arguably the most gruelling month of the season.

April

Matchday 29 (01/04/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Leeds United
Matchday 30 (08/04/2023) — 15:00 Liverpool v Arsenal
Matchday 31 (15/04/2023) — 15:00 West Ham United v Arsenal
Matchday 32 (22/04/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Southampton
Matchday 33 (26/04/2023) — 20:00 Manchester City v Arsenal
Matchday 34 (29/04/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Chelsea

A home game against Leeds should be simple enough, but back-to-back away clashes at Anfield and the London Stadium set the tone for what looks to be a season-defining few weeks.

The Gunners competed well against Liverpool for periods last season, but they were ultimately overwhelmed in three of their four meetings. They did, however, complete the double over West Ham.

Southampton at home comes before April concludes with a midweek trip to Manchester City and another London derby against Chelsea at the Emirates. Arsenal will, hopefully, also be managing a pair of Europa League quarter-final ties, too. The first and second legs are scheduled for 13 and 20 April respectively.

May

Matchday 35 (06/05/2023) — 15:00 Newcastle United v Arsenal
Matchday 36 (13/05/2023) — 15:00 Arsenal v Brighton
Matchday 37 (20/05/2023) — 15:00 Nottingham Forest v Arsenal
Matchday 38 (28/05/2023) — 16:00 Arsenal v Wolverhampton

Here we go then, the season’s end. If the Gunners haven’t been swallowed up by the murky depths of April, then they have a brilliant chance to end the season on a high.

Although, another late-season visit to St. James’ Park awaits. But, at least it won’t be Newcastle’s final home game of the campaign. Brighton then visit the Emirates before Nottingham Forest play host to Arteta’s side on the penultimate matchweek of the campaign.

Arsenal will then lift the Premier League trophy, which was likely wrapped up in late April after stunning City at the Etihad, following a comfortable triumph over a struggling Wolves side on the final day of the season.

Done.
