Yet another invincible in midfield and he won’t be the last as Ray Parlour takes our slot for the third-best Arsenal CM ever. He had some serious longevity with the club and some very memorable performances. A MOTM performance in the 1998 FA cup final sealed Arsenal’s double win, for example.

He also scored some absolute bangers in his time at Highbury and was an overall dependable player for the club.

He made over 300 appearances in the league which is an unreal amount of time with one club. Despite not scoring much, one of his greatest performances happened to be a hat-trick against Werner Bremen. He is far and away deserving of his legend status and he slots in at number three on our list.
