Positive #2: Mentality opportunity

Big teams come back.

Manchester City drew with Aston Villa this season, but they came right back and started firing on all cylinders again. There is clearly some tiredness seeping in with the last few performances not being a full dominant 90 minutes. If this team is for real, which I believe they are, then they will overcome this and start playing how they should from here until the World Cup break.

Poor refereeing plagued this game, but Arsenal had their chances which they failed to take. Jesus, in particular, had a couple of good chances to score and wasn’t able to.

These are the margins that win games. The ref was not helping so we had to do it ourselves but we were unable to do that. Arsenal dominated on xG by a score line of 1.52-0.59, depicting our inefficiency.
