3. Superb response after PSV loss

After the 2-0 loss to PSV, many thought the world was caving in somewhat. A draw and a loss in two games signalled that not all was right with the Gunners.

A response was needed against a Forest side many felt was there for the taking despite their recent uptick in form. Arsenal took them to the cleaners. The mental improvement of this team was again on show as they picked themselves up after a poor midweek effort and produced a five-star performance.

Mikel Arteta couldn’t have asked for a better response from his side.
