Best Player: Granit Xhaka – He started playing in a more advanced role last season but he’s come into his own this season. He’s been fantastic in every way this season and has been one of our most important players as a player and as a leader.

Best Performance: Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal – The scoreline didn’t show it, but it was the most dominant performance so far with Chelsea not being even close to the level of Arsenal on the day, showing just how far Arsenal has come.

Biggest Suprise: Arsenal are THIS good Arsenal are top of the league by five points right now. Nobody, not even the most optimistic Arsenal fans saw this coming. I knew that there would be a huge jump this season but Arsenal are fully in a title race which is way above my expectations.

Biggest Disappointment: Sambi Lokonga – If you follow me, you know how much I love Sambi but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed by him. I still believe in him and think he can and will be a successful Arsenal player but he has not gotten there yet. Even though his performances have been a bit underwhelming, the hate he’s gotten has been unnecessary – back our young players.

Overall Grade: A+ Obviously, Arsenal has gone above and beyond expectations so far this season. Hopefully, the team can keep it going after the World Cup.
