3 positives & negatives from Arsenal’s 3-2 victory over Man Utd
Positive #3: What position does Oleksandr Zinchenko play?
This is not normal! As the above map shows, Zinchenko was everywhere for the Gunners and is one of the most spectacular technical players to watch.
His passion is unparalleled, with him giving hugs to fans after Nketiah’s winner. His ability to just be everywhere and conduct the team like Martin Ødegaard does but from an even deeper role is insane, and I cannot believe that City let us have him for only £30m.
Negative #3: Rapid fire positives
Once again, I refuse to be too negative, so here we go:
- Leandro Trossard played ten minutes and looked terrific; huge help getting that goal.
- Jakub Kiwior was in attendance! It’ll be exciting to have him be announced as an Arsenal player.
- The centre-backs were imperious as always, I forgot Wout Weghorst and Bruno Fernandes were playing.
- Granit Xhaka was a very underrated player in the match.
What a team. 50 points at the halfway point is crazy, and I can’t wait to watch us keep going on our title charge.
