2. Arteta’s tactics

If there is one manager you want to avoid showing your hand to, it’s Pep Guardiola. With the Gunners still due to face City twice in the league, Arteta will likely not want to fully showcase how he plans on stopping them.

Why?

Looking at the season and Arsenal’s league position, the Gunners need all the help they can get. If Arteta has a silver bullet with City’s name on it, it would be unwise to use it in the FA Cup.

Instead, that key tactic could be the difference in winning the league or finishing second if the Gunners manage to take points off City in the league.
