3. VAR again a talking point

This is becoming a recurring theme, and it’s worrying, not just for Arsenal but the league. VAR was brought in to help officials and avoid creating more issues.

Trossard’s goal that was chalked off for White interfering with Ward has been labelled comical by some Arsenal fans, and we can see why. It feels like the Gunners have to overcome a VAR decision every game, and they managed to do so again against Leicester.

But that run of luck will end eventually, and you would hate to see the potential title challenge ruined as a result.

The sheer number of incidents that have happened around the league is now becoming concerning, and that is without mentioning Bukayo Saka being dragged down in the penalty box either.
