3. A draw at the Etihad is good enough

Pep Guardiola has come out victorious in both the fixtures Manchester City have played against Arsenal this season. The FA cup tie was close, as was the Premier League defeat at the Emirates. The 3-1 scoreline was misleading, however, as Arsenal went toe-to-toe with the domestic giants. Jack Grealish acknowledged that the Gunners were the better team on the evening, but it appeared that Arsenal shot themselves in the foot with silly mistakes.

However, since that loss Arsenal have won every game in the Premier League. Such dominance should ensure that fans sleep well the night before the north London outfit travels to the Etihad for two reasons. First, the Gunners should compete for the league in the event of a loss. Second, a draw is simply good enough to ensure that a dominant title run is left intact once the Gunners return home to face Chelsea. The mentality of this Arsenal team is unlike any other squad in recent years. Arteta and his men will be seeking revenge.

Arsenal are better than people are giving them credit for. The heartbreak of missing out on Champions League football last season was enough experience to ensure that this title charge is a success. Although Manchester City are proven champions, one should always trust what they see, and it is clear Arsenal are the better side.
