1. Relegation-fighting sides pose danger

Arsenal are fighting for one of the most prestigious honours in world football: the Premier League title. However, the Hammers and Saints are fighting equally hard for survival.

Currently, the Saints sit rock-bottom with 23 points and the Hammers sit in 15th with 30 points. Arsenal should dominate both of these sides and put quite a few past their respective goalkeepers.

The Gunners must not look past these teams as relegation-fighting teams often step their game up towards the end of the year. Mikel Arteta must respond to Pep Guardiola’s domination of the lacklustre Leicester (in the first half) by doing the exact same thing. Arsenal must set the tone early and leave no room for hope or error. With a dominant performance, the club should be able to get some rest for key players like Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Thomas Partey.
