4. Nuno Tavares

The maverick left-back is bags of fun, but he’s simply too chaotic to ever forge a career under Mikel Arteta. Following a mixed debut season, Tavares impressed in spurts at Marseille and enjoyed a rather productive campaign in the final third.

However, those brain fades and lapses in concentration which plagues his maiden season at Arsenal continued to manifest in France and Arteta surely wouldn’t have been convinced by the former Benfica star’s overall performance.

Fortunately, though, Tavares has attracted interest from West Ham and Galatasaray. While some reports suggest Arsenal want as much as £20m to part ways with Tavares this summer, the Gunners will likely move the left-back on for half that amount.
