Declan Rice (CM) – 5.5/10 – Still finding his feet in the Granit Xhaka role. Got in behind Monaco’s defence a couple of times, but couldn’t take full advantage. Was efficient without being influential.
Emile Smith Rowe (CM) – 5/10 – Started brightly as he buzzed around between the lines. However, Smith Rowe particularly struggled in the defensive phase with Monaco’s third-man runs from midfield proving tricky to contain.
