3. Does Kai Havertz finally get left out?

Arteta is a smart manager but at times he can be stubborn.

The early return on his investment in Kai Havertz has been negative, but the manager still has confidence in the German international. By all accounts, he will likely start in the midfield once again at Everton.

It can’t be lost on the manager that Havertz didn’t convert a simple chance against United and was also responsible for losing possession which led to Marcus Rashford’s opener.

If you couple that with his display against Fulham and how sensational Fabio Vieira looked off the bench in that game, it’s only going to be a matter of time before Havertz is left out of the starting XI; that is unless Arteta remains stubborn.
